This weekend I was at a tile warehouse and there was an area that was roped off with a large sign "Staff Only".
As I looked beyond the rope, I could see why. Everything was all over the place.
If I was the staff member who was given the task to clean it up, I wouldn't have known where to start.
How do you get started when you have a complex problem?
