𝐈’𝐦 𝐬𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝!!! A few months ago I started a project to help leaders reconnect their teams and move beyond the transactional ‘to-do’ style meetings COVID has created. I wanted to find a practical way to put the 𝑡𝑒𝑎𝑚 back into 𝑡𝑒𝑎𝑚𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑘 and the connection back into conversations.
The solution had to be affordable, easy to implement and simple to use. After a few goes and some great client discussions I got there in the end and in the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing the result.
